Notes: Nice and slow. This story in particular demands a slow hand.

5. Ant story: Read-through

6. Fractalverse: Volume 5: Off

7. Firefly: Read-through of chapter three
Notes: I like introducing my own original characters to fan fiction!

8. Gilligan: Off till June 28.

Extra notes: Very busy day today. Tomorrow, though I'm off from writing, will probably be very busy too. I need to pressure-wash the TARDIS in preparation of painting her. The high-pressure spray will knock a bunch of the old paint off, making her look even more unsightly than she already is. Oh well.

It's hard to proceed some days when you see what's happening in the larger world and can sense the very presence of doom weighing down on everything. The United States is on the brink of moral and likely economic collapse. I have been warning about it for almost fifteen years; and now I think it's basically here. The American Experiment is at an end, I'm afraid. Such epic doom makes washing the TARDIS appear silly, even stupid. But tomorrow I will be out there washing her down, and likely praying that my act of silliness and stupidity is somehow rewarded. For it is optimistic to press on in such darkness, even when doing so appears ludicrous and absurd.
